Yoga holidays generally run Saturday to Saturday, although exceptions can be made. Yoga will begin Sunday morning with your teacher for the week. At the beginning of the week we will have a chat so we have an idea how everyone can get the most from their holiday. The week culminates in a Friday night celebratory feast at a traditional Cretan taverna.

Every spacious, en suite room has a stunning view of the Mediterranean from its balcony or terrace. There is plenty of time for relaxation, sun and fun. Pamper yourself.

The scrumptious vegetarian lunch and dinner are served buffet style with a stunning view. At all times guests are welcome to a wide range of teas, including medicinal Cretan mountain teas, as well as fresh coffee and fruit and nuts. For breakfast help yourself to muesli, fruit, freshly made yogurt, toast and local honeys and jams.

Our vegetarian food will be nutritious but delicious, drawing inspiration from the Cretan diet which is reputedly the healthiest in the world. Fertile mountain slopes and bountiful sunshine produce some of the tastiest fruit and vegetables, which, when prepared with love (and local olive oil) result in mouth watering yet healthy cuisine.

The retreat is non-smoking, alcohol free and vegetarian. There are tavernas within easy walk if you have any extra needs.

What’s included: Everything at the retreat is included. The exception is massage and the inexpensive Friday night group meal. Flights and transfers are not included but we can arrange car hire or transfers. You must arrange your own travel insurance.

Prices vary by the week, click here and check each teacher for prices that week. These prices are based on sharing a room with a traveling companion or another guest of the same gender. Single occupancy may be available on certain weeks; please enquire. A deposit secures the booking. All holidays are fully refundable up to six weeks before start date. Half refunds from six weeks to three weeks before the start date.
