David's retreat was a seamless blend of yoga asana, acroyoga, kirtan and much more including moon salutations and dancing. The group, many of whom joined the retreat with David last year, were upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic. Everyone went home with big smiles though a few did try and hide in a cupboard to avoid leaving.
