It was a mellow Ashtanga yoga retreat as David Williams poured his years of experience of the Ashtanga method into the keen yogis. David talked yoga philosophy and history in the taverna every evening. His stories kept everyone riveted.      

No pressure this week to crank yourself deeper into asana, David explained that this comes with time and a regular, happy practice. Experienced yogis enjoyed the uplifting and inquiring atmosphere while the beginners were truly lucky to start their yoga journey in such a steady and satisfying way. A proper yoga holiday with many relaxed moments.
