After a fantastic yoga retreat last year we’re delighted Simon Park will lead this one week Shiva Rea Prana Flow Teacher training module at Yoga Rocks. It is a 30 hour teacher training module. This teaching retreat can stand alone. If you’d like to advance your knowledge of asana, try Shiva Rea's style, deepen your teaching giving it a new twist or fancy a full on retreat, this is one not to miss. It is not just for teachers - any one with an established asana practice who wants to learn more will enjoy this week.   

 

Simon’s own advanced asana practice gives an exciting glimpse into where we can go with our bodies.  His humble and cheerful approach to life balances this and shows us how to love yoga in such an enthusiastic and expansive way.  If you take just a smidgen of this away with you it will have been a worthwhile week.  

    

Up to 30% of your hours for Shiva Rea’s Samudra School for Living Yoga 200 hour teacher training program can be gained from taking teacher training with Shiva’s senior teachers (including this module with Simon Park). Tuition includes a manual. This course is approved by Yoga Alliance at the 200/500-hour level and is part of Shiva Rea’s 200/500-hour Yoga Alliance Certification Curriculum.
