Danny Paradise and David Williams on the beach

Danny Paradise steps in for David Williams

Danny Paradise and David Williams both love coming to teach at Yoga Rocks CreteHelen Reavill on Yoga Rocks retreat Friday night out

10-24 October 2020

David Williams won’t make it this year. Happily his friend and long term yoga collaborator of over 40 years, Danny Paradise, is planning to teach his retreats instead.

Both Danny and David are fond of a late start so yoga with either of them kicks off about 10.00 or 10.30 leading up to a delicious Yoga Rocks lunch. Afternoons are free to do what you like, your yoga appetite more than satisfied after a good few hours on the mat with Danny, including pranayama and asana.

For more on Mr Paradise check out his regular retreat page. Danny is excited to stay at Yoga Rocks a little longer than usual. His retreats have a celebratory feel rather like a yoga holiday at Woodstock.

If the corona situation means Danny is unable to join, we think Helen will teach this. Hover on the picture left to see Helen. She has been loving teaching the first half of the season single handedly and will be happy to jump in as necessary. In this case it would not be Ashtanga, though Helen has trained in Ashtanga, she’d teach a varied vinyasa flow with pranayama and meditation. Regulars to Yoga Rocks already know Helen and her upbeat and cheery retreats. For more info on her retreats see Helen’s retreat page.
