Daniel Strausser’s week was quite a unique one at Yoga Rocks. The first day started with a forest fire far away to begin with, but by the evening close enough for an evacuation to a nearby seaside resort.
As the yoga resumed on the Sunday guests with an appetite for it were treat to many hours of yoga each day, including pranayama and meditation. There were two days of library silence. This meant silence was respected round the retreat but those who wished to chat on the beach could do so.
Everyone appreciated the peace and went home happy after after a challenging and thought provoking retreat. Daniel worked very hard to make sure everyone’s questions were answered and guests left with the basics for a personal practice. It was a challenging retreat rather than a yoga holiday – hopefully what everyone was looking for!
Sofia: Namaste ♥ For the love and for the joy. For everything.
Jo: Thanks for a super week.
Olga: Thank you all for a week that I will remember for ever.
