David’s week turned out to be a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga holiday, slowly building and cementing a daily practice as part of a balanced life. Beach and taverna time also played its part as everyone was encouraged to live the happy life every day.
One afternoon a lot of the group staying for the full two weeks explored the beginnings of Sfakia and Frangocastello.
An interesting and intelligent group of guests made this retreat one to remember as did David’s birthday falling during the retreat.
