Lovely to have Simon and Coco along for a week's exciting asana and more. There was a exciting buzz in the air from the start which heightened during the week as the guests wondered what Simon would throw at them next. Each day the fluid schedule brought something new from totally zonking Thai yoga massage to the thrills of beach acro yoga. Simon loves an expedition and very happily suggested group beach trips so that between classes the intrepid Simonites made the most of their week here.
As the week drew to a close we squeezed in an extra night out at one of our favourite tavernas in Agia Fotini along with our usually Friday night out. The guests left cheerful and suitably inverted after a truly educational and fun retreat.
